This is what my process looks like...

  • Onboarding

    Once we decide we are a good fit, you will receive a custom proposal, a contract to sign, and the invoice to pay and we will book our strategy session. Then there is a questionnaire to fill out some info I will need, this must be completed before the strategy call.

  • Strategy Session + Assets

    During this 2-hour call we will map out your workflows according to your business needs & how I will create them in dubsado. After our strategy call, I will send you a a longer questionnaire [apologies in advance, this is detailed] where I will gather all the details and assets in order to start your setup. Although this may take a bit of time to complete it is absolutely necessary as I cannot begin your setup without everything I need from you.

  • The Setup

    At this point, I will have everything I need from you. It's time for you to relax and I will dive into Dubsado and work my magic. From creating all your packages, emails, payments schedules, forms and more... to building and testing your powerful workflows.

  • Offboarding

    Your Dubsado Setup is complete we'll have an offboarding call where I walk you through your new workflows (or send your recorded videos, whatever your preference is). I will provide some SOPs and resources to help you. I will be available for you for 30 days after our offboarding call for any minor updates and to answer questions!

Frequently asked questions about Dubsado Setup Services

How long does it take to complete a Dubsado Setup?

Setups take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Before starting, you’ll have some pre-work to complete and I recommend giving yourself 2-3 weeks to complete all the pre-work.

What time commitment required for a Dubsado Setup?

For a full Dubsado setup, your time is needed in the following ways:

  • Onboarding Questionnaire: this step is to gather basic information about your business and needs to be completed before our Strategy Call. Time: 1-2 hour

  • Strategy Call: during this call we will map out your desired client process together. Time: 2 hours

  • Pre-Work: after our Strategy call, I will send you a list of items needed to build your workflows in Dubsado. These need to be provided before your project start date. Time: 2-3 hours

  • Feedback: as I build your setup I may be reaching out to you with questions or requesting your feedback on some elements. Time: 1-2 hour

  • Offboarding: once everything is done, we’ll have an Offboarding call to go through all your workflows together. Time: 1 hour

What Apps/Software do you use for setup?

I do setups in Dubsado. I also use Zapier to connect with other software you may need and help set up calendars or  email sequences in ActiveCampaign, FloDesk or Convertkit.

Do you write emails for the setup?

You initially provide me with current emails you frequently send to clients as an example. Using your emails, I craft canned emails for your setup in Dubsado. 

What if I need Dubsado Training?

The good news is that Dubsado has an education portal filled with videos and materials to help you get trained on all things Dubsado.

I also provide SOPs, and short Tutorials to help you.

Tab Do you provide support once the setup is complete?

Yes. After your Dubsado setup is complete, I am available for 30 days of support to answer questions as you implement the system with your clients. This does not include updates or changes to your setup. I also provide videos specific to your setup to help you along the way.
